We are partnering with The Impact Group, a communication firm specializing in strategic planning based in Hudson, Ohio, to develop a new strategic plan to help guide our district’s efforts and resources for the upcoming years.
What is a Strategic Plan? A strategic plan is a comprehensive document outlining an organization's long-term goals and strategies. It serves as a roadmap, guiding decision-making and resource allocation over the next few years, and details the actions and initiatives we need to reach our goals.
