Option Change Deadline is next Friday

Good afternoon,

We're one week away from the deadline to submit an option change request for second semester.  The deadline is next Friday, October 30, at 4:00 PM.  We will not accept any requests for option changes after this deadline.

IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A CHANGE
If you're interested in changing your student's option (from in-school to online or from online to in-school), you need to tell us using a Google Form.  You will need your student's Lebanon Gmail address and password to use this form.  This is the form address: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfkTVTyB367YNr8my-ayqIv5E4LRizhs_yxv5CLPr_-IGElhA/viewform

IF YOU DON'T WANT TO MAKE A CHANGE
If you want your students to stay in the option they're in now, there is nothing you need to do.
