Preschool Registration
Welcome to the Preschool Program for Lebanon City Schools!
Students must be at least three years of age and a resident of Lebanon City School District to attend our preschool.
Because we have a limited number of spots available for Preschool, we utilized a lottery system for new preschool registrations for Fall 2024. This became available to you on January 24th at 9:00am and was closed February 2nd at 12:00pm. Please note, the lottery is CLOSED for the 24/25 school year.
Immunization and Physical Requirements for Preschool Students
Ohio State Law and the Lebanon Board of Education requires that certain immunization records be completed for enrollment of all students. A complete record includes 4 DPT or DT, 3 Polio, 1 MMR, 3 Hepatitis B, 1 Varicella, and 3-4 HIB.
Ohio State Law also requires a physical examination signed by a licensed physician affirming the child is suitable for enrollment in the preschool program within 30 days after the date of admission. The examination shall occur within 12 months prior to the date of admission. Additional health screenings required are height, weight, dental, vision, hearing, lead level, and hematocrit or hemoglobin level, which MUST be included on the physical examination.
