Maggie Holtkamp named Interim Assistant Principal at Lebanon High School
Join us in congratulating Maggie Holtkamp - she has been named Interim Assistant Principal at Lebanon High School. She will transition into her new role beginning February 1, 2022.
Mrs. Holtkamp has spent her education career at the high school level - serving in the classroom as an intervention specialist for five years. In 2018 she transitioned from the classroom at Lebanon High School into a teacher leader role for the Special Education Department and she serves as the Special Education Department Chair.
Current High School Principal Scott Butler is moving into a new role of Director of Business at the District’s Central Office. Current Assistant Principal Casey Wood is moving into Mr. Butler’s lead Principal role. Mrs. Holtkamp is moving into Mr. Wood’s role as Assistant Principal to finish out the school year.
Mrs. Holtkamp graduated from the University of Cincinnati, earning her Bachelors in Special Education with a minor in Language Arts and Natural Science. In 2020 she earned her Masters degree in Educational Leadership.
“My goal as Interim Assistant Principal is to continue to provide a supportive climate and culture at Lebanon High School that is conducive to teaching and learning,” she said. “I look forward to immersing myself deeper into the Lebanon community.”
She and her husband Jordan live in the Little Miami community with their two daughters - Mallory who is in 8th grade at Little Miami Junior High and Charlee who is a kindergartener at Lebanon Christian School.
