Kindergarten Registration for the 2019/2020 School Year

Open registration for Kindergarten will be held on Thursday, March 21st in the Gymnasium at Bowman Primary School located at 825 Hart Road from 11:00AM-6:30PM.

You must bring the following required documents at the time of registration:

  • Child's Original Birth Certificate or Passport (County or State Issued Only) ~ Copies will not be accepted. If a new birth certificate is needed then one can be purchased at the Warren County Health Department (513) 695-1228
  • Legal Documents of Custody/Guardianship ~ If Applicable
  • Parent's Driver's License or State ID
  • Proof of Residency ~ Rental/Lease Contract, Mortgage Statement, Deed, Tax Bill, City of Lebanon and/or Duke Energy Bill
