Lebanon City Schools Hall of Fame Nominations

The Hall of Fame is a distinguished service award given to former or retired teaching staff, non-teaching staff, board of education members, and active members of the community.
Nomination forms may be picked up at any school office or the Lebanon City Schools Administration Office at 700 Holbrook Avenue or by clicking here.
- Teaching staff, non-teaching staff considered must have had a minimum of five years work experience with the district.
- Former board members need to have completed one full term of service (four years).
- Any active community member at large
Applications are due April 1, 2019, and may be returned to the Lebanon City Schools Administrative Office located at 700 Holbrook Avenue, Lebanon, Ohio 45036. For a list of Hall of Fame members, please click here.
The Hall of Fame recognition ceremony will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2019
