Platform credentials

UPDATE: we're aware that parent VLA credentials arrived as scheduled. We've fixed an issue that blocked student credentials from coming through and those are being sent at this time. PLP credentials are also on their way out to students. We apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience. Do not worry if there's an issue.
