LYNN PAYNE - District Resource Coordinator

  • Serves as a dedicated liaison between families, schools, and community organizations

  • Builds and nurtures strategic partnerships with local businesses, agencies, and service providers to create programs that directly support the needs of students and their families

  • Conducts needs assessments and identifies key challenges faced by families, ensuring they are connected to the appropriate resources, such as housing, counseling, financial assistance, and educational programs

  • Lynn's work is centered on creating a supportive, inclusive environment that empowers families and strengthens the community as a whole, ultimately ensuring that all students have the resources they need to thrive

TRACY FUNKE - School Social Worker

  • Identifies, assesses, and connects students and families with essential community resources and support services

  • Fosters strong partnerships with school staff, families, and community agencies to address student needs and develop comprehensive support plans 

  • Responds to student crises with empathy and efficiency, providing immediate support, and coordinating necessary interventions 

  • Represents the interests of students and families, advocating for their needs, and navigating complex systems to ensure their well-being

  • Builds relationships with community agencies and develops resources to support students and families, fostering a strong network of support

Andie Chamberlain Attend Officer

ANDIE CHAMBERLAIN - Attendance Officer

Warren County Educational Service Center

  • Collaborates with attendance secretaries and other school staff to identify students at risk of accumulating attendance hours

  • Work with families to overcome any barriers which keep students from coming to school

  • Enforces attendance laws as set forth by Ohio legislature

  • Provides services, encouragement, and follow up with students, families, and schools so that students have a successful educational experience

  • Meets with students, families, and schools on a regular basis.

  • Works closely with courts, filing charges if necessary, to bring families in compliance with attendance laws
